A little bit about myself and the flat:
My company is based in London and I work hybrid/remotely from Paisley, in the legal and finance sector. I purchased the flat this year, which is a 3 bed. I have found myself not to spend a huge amount of time in the property - on average a few nights (2-3) midweek and a night or two on weekends. Every 3-4 weeks I spend a few days in London for work. In the next 6-12 months I intend to gradually increase my time in London. After a conversation with my partner's mum I discovered that her friend based in Castelhead would regularly rent out a room or two to consultants who work in the RAH but are not there full time - and suggested I do the same since I have spare rooms. So here I am, testing the waters!

I am a quiet and conscientious flatmate, who takes pride in a clean environment. I would be looking to find someone who is similar.

The photographs and floorplan come from the sale advertisement when I bought the flat as I've just thrown together a quick ad here to see whether there is interest in the room. Though the pictures give a good feel for the flat and its freshness. The picture in this advertisement shows the bedroom 1, though I would be open to renting out rooms 2 or 3.
