Fully furnished double bedroom available for short or long term renting. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, optional small study desk and a build in storage cupboard/ wardrobe. There is a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with over the bath shower and a study/ chill room which is the home to my hamster Dewey, he is a super sweet boy! Throughout the flat there are several storage cupboards and an attic also available if required for storage. There is garden space to the back and side of the property.

One room within the flat is occupied by myself, a 29 year old special education teacher and the third room is used as a study / chill room. I am a pretty chilled out person and enjoy travelling, sports and seeing my friends. Throughout the week I work from roughly 8am-4pm and have a few nights a week I am out seeing friends / playing basketball etc. When I am at home I am usually just pottering about on my laptop or relaxing in my room living a pretty drama free life.

I am looking for a lgbt+ friendly flat mate who enjoys a chilled out life.

The flat is a two minute walk away from Paisley canal train station where a train can get you to central station in 15/20 minutes. Paisley town centre is a 15 minute walk away.

There is a Morrisons and a coop a two minute drive away and a park to the back of the property. On street parking is available.
