I have a fully furnished double room available for rent in early January 2025. The room has a full double wardrobe for sole use including a king size double bed complete with Television.
It has ample space for a small writing desk and chair if required as well as bedside chest of drawers.
Included in the weekly rental will be free broadband, all utilities including gas central heating and electric bills. As well as access to the kitchen for use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also have access to the kitchen for cooking meals, storage space in the fridge/freezer for groceries etc.
I am the owner of the flat but I don’t spend very much time living there . I visit the flat only once or twice a week therefore you would have the flat , almost to yourself for much of the time. As I said I will visit at least once a week mainly to pick up the rental income and check the condition of my flat.
I am an easy going guy and will pretty much leave you to it in the flat, so that you will have your own space and privacy. In return I expect the flat to be kept clean and tidy at all times, I don’t want to see dirty clothes lying around the flat and. I expect all rubbish to be removed to the bins.
I don’t want a person that smokes, and I don’t want any pets in the flat, other than that it’s a very lovely and delightful flat with a beautiful double bedroom.
It’s close to al amenities shops , pubs, restaurants, bars and local train stations for travelling to and from Glasgow city centre.
It’s close to the local university and college and within walking distance for the local bus route.
