My flat is a large 2bed property on the 3rd floor with lift access. You would enjoy a large spare double bedroom fully furnished. The flat is very central, less than a 5 minute walk to Paisley Gilmour Street station and bus stops. Approx. 10 mins from Barshaw Park. Lots of great pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a number of coffee and brunch places too. The room is available now for at least one year. Council tax band is D. I would prefer some female company as current flatmate is female.
