Double room to rent in 2 bedroom flat

Hi,
I have a lovely double bedroom available in my 2 flat apartment. The flat is fully furnished. The bedroom has a wardrobe, table, mirror and a bed. The shared living room has a comfortable couch, TV set, dinning table, and decorations. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, washing machine, toaster, air fryer and Nespresso machine. The utensils for the kitchen has been provided as well. There is one washroom with shower over tub and it will be shared between 3 people. The rent includes all the bills including council tax (Band C), gas and electricity

Now, to introduce ourselves. My friend and I have been renting the flat since last September. We are gonna be sharing the master bedroom. We are full time workers and are mostly out of the house except while sleeping. On our off days we like to hangout and cook together.

We would love to have someone who is clean and tidy. Preferably a professional like us. We respect everyone's personal space but would love to have a nice hang out session once in a while if that's fine with the other person as well.
