I'm a musician and currently splitting my time between this flat and my partner's so you will have the place to yourself quite often. When I am around I tend to work from home during the day so you would need to be comfortable with music going on in reasonable hours.
Ideally looking for a 6 month let. Possibly longer but would need to assess depending on circumstances. Short term lets also considered.
