Hi! We are William (32) and Renata (27), both from Brazil. We’re starting our master’s at UWS this September — I’ll be studying Artificial Intelligence and Renata Sustainability.
We’ve just rented a 2-bedroom house only a 4-minute walk from the UWS Paisley campus. The total rent is £800, which we’ll split, and bills (internet, electricity, etc.) will be shared equally. Whoever joins will have their name on the official contract with the letting agency, so everything is formal and secure.
The house has 2 bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It’s a clean and comfortable space, perfect for students who want to be close to the university.
About us: we are organized, respectful, and academically focused, but we also enjoy cooking, board games, and hanging out. We’re looking for someone responsible, tidy, and easy to get along with.
