Room in Paisley

Hi there! I have a room available immediately 😊 a little information:

-£400pcm (the only thing that's not covered is food)
-Located in Paisley, very close to multiple public transport (Paisley Gilmour is about 20min walk, Canal Street station about 10min)
-Access to a large parking space
-Home is a maisonette style, with a good size kitchen, living room and one bathroom (no bath though, only shower 😔)
-Very close to shops, chemists, post offices
-Room itself is empty so your own furniture will be needed!
-No pets unfortunately (TRUST I love pets but I'm not allowed)
-Room is big enough for a double bed, desk, TV and a bookshelf, it also has a built-in in wardrobe! I'm still cleaning it so pics still be added at a later date)

Now a bit about myself!
Hi, I'm Eren! I'm 31, agender (so any and all pronouns are fine!) I work as a carer so I'm out of the house sometimes 14hrs a day. I'm a creative person, who loves drawing, cooking, playing DnD and I love playing video games and going on nature walks! I'm a pretty quiet person who enjoys home comforts when I get the chance, but I'm also down for hanging out if wanted :)
