My name is Michelle and i have a lovely double room in my flat available for rent.

Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

It is on the ground floor and there is access to a small garden from the kitchen.

It is about 25mins walk from Paisley town centre. There are local amenities, shops and a park nearby.

There are great transport links as it's close to Paisley St James station for easy access to Glasgow and close to Glasgow Airport as well as multiple bus routes.

Council Tax, gas and electric as well as fibre wifi are included in the monthly rent.

There is residents only parking on the street out front.
