Double bedroom for rent in a shared flat near to the centre of Paisley. Gorgeous tenement style flat with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (you'd only be sharing the bathroom with the one other tenant on the lower level of the flat).

Pretty quiet with easy access to Glasgow central or out to the west coast - Paisley Gilmour street is 10mins walk away and Paisley Canal is right next door. Easy access to all amenities and Uni of West Scotland. Rent is £375 p/month and bills come to about £105 p/month (this may change in the summer).

The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, cabinets and a desk/chair. The kitchen also has utensils and other items in it but you'd be welcome to bring your own.

Female tenants preferred as everyone else in the flat is female - everyone's very tidy and friendly. Two are working and one is a student.

Ideally I'd like to move around the middle of March but I can be slightly flexible with this
