I’m renting out my room for one month while I’m away. The flat is a 4-bedroom duplex apartment, and the room available is located on the top floor, which makes it more private and quiet.
The flat is located in Paisley town centre, just a 7-minute walk to UWS University and 1 minute walk to Paisley Canal train station and nearby bus stops, making it very convenient for commuting.
You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with the other flatmates. The flat has two bathrooms, and you will be sharing one of them with a female flatmate.
