***DOUBLE ROOM FREE FROM JULY***

Hi!

My name's Euan and I have a double bedroom available for rent in my fantastic three-bed Paisley flat from the July!

There’s actually two rooms available, but only renting out one to avoid overcrowding. Sadly I’ve had to increase my usual rental cost, due to an astronomical (154%!) hike in the flat’s energy bills. That means monthly rent is now £550 per calendar month, but does include all bills and council tax - so £550 all in.
The top floor property on Greenlaw Drive - which, with Greenlaw Avenue, is one of the most sought after addresses in the town - is three bedrooms with a massive living room, bathroom with deep bath and shower, and a fully furnished, clean kitchen.

When I moved in the flat was basically a shell - all white walls and white linoleum flooring. I've had it for going on 10 years now and have since put carpets in two of the bedrooms and the living room and papered the walls in the same two bedrooms. In the last year I’ve installed a brand new oven, two new heaters and smoke alarms within both the hallway and living room.

All the neighbours are great and were never averse to me having a few friends round on the odd occasion, with prior warning.

Free, off-road parking included, and the flat is surrounded by a sizeable garden perfect for summer BBQ's and the likes. It is also a minute's walk from Kelburne Cricket Club - a great place to go for a run but also handy for cheap summer drinks in the sun.

I used to work in Glasgow City Centre and it would take me 15 minutes to get in by car. Based a three minute walk from Glasgow Road, the flat is served well by buses - with at least three different services running to Glasgow constantly throughout the day.

It is also only a ten minute walk from Paisley Gilmour Street train station, from which trains to Glasgow run constantly and take around 10/15 minutes.

In Paisley, the flat is a short walk or bus ride from the University of West Scotland's main campus, and is a 7/8 minute drive from the Royal Alexandria Hospital and Glasgow Airport.

At the foot of the road there are a number of shops and eateries, hairdressers and pubs.

The flat is fully furnished and comes with most of the things you see. The living room has its own huge corner sofa to gather round for nights in in front of the telly. The other half of the room is the dining area, which can seat eight.

The bedrooms are well decorated and maintained, both doubles and come with vast storage space.

Open to negotiating the set-up though - if it's you and a friend looking for a place, for example, I'm happy to try and make that work :)

As I live abroad, I’m more in favour of those looking for a 12 month rent. I am, however, open to discussion. I require one month’s deposit (£550) up front on moving in. All costs are included in regards to bills etc, with the £550 including rent and bills (electricity, water, internet, factor, council tax).
