Double room to rent in quiet area within a ground floor 2 bedroom flat. Walking distance from Gilmour St train station and right next to Morrisons Supermarket. Also nearby the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

Bills are included (council tax, gas/electric, broadband), no sky tv in property just ariel for freeview.

Tenant will have use of the whole flat and will mainly occupy the property by themselves as I am only there a few weekends a month. This means cleaning is solely the tenants responsibility. Viewings can be arranged on Saturday or Sunday (23rd/24th November) when I'm visiting. Entry date is subject to change could be earlier depending on date current tenant moves out.
