Hi, I have a spare room to rent out in my upper cottage flat in Renfrew. It is initially available on a short term basis, but it could also be longer term if both parties happy with the arrangement.
About me - I'd say I am fairly normal! I like the outdoors - walking, kayaking, sailing etc. I don't really drink/party much anymore so would prefer to live with someone with a similar sort or lifestyle.
I am really only interested in living with someone that is genuinely clean and tidy. The flat is quite spacious and there is a nice garden.
