Room to rent in cottage flat in renfrew

Hi, I have a spare room to rent out in my upper cottage flat in Renfrew. It is initially available on a short term basis, but it could also be longer term if both parties happy with the arrangement. I will be in India from the end of November until the end of February so you would have the house to yourself during that period. I am also away quite a lot generally because I travel a fair bit and I am at my partners house sometimes as well.

About me - I'd say I am fairly normal! I like the outdoors - walking, kayaking, sailing etc. I don't really drink/party much anymore so would prefer to live with someone with a similar sort or lifestyle.

I am really only interested in living with someone that is genuinely clean and tidy. The flat is quite spacious and there is a nice garden. I also have a friendly cat and as i am away quite a lot so you would ideally be happy feeding her when i am not here. The cat is an outdoor cat so no litter tray and she does her own thing but it would be nice if you liked cats.
