Double Room to Rent near Braehead (flatshare)

Hello there! I'm a young professional looking for either a professional or post-graduate student to flatshare a two-bedroom apartment in Renfrew. The flat is modern and efficient located at the top floor. It has 2 bathrooms including a bath and a shared living room with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. I currently pay about £175 for bills including council tax, gas + electric and internet (50Mbps).

The room itself fits a double bed, desk and drawer and has a triple wardrobe with folding doors, own bathroom with bath and plenty of hallway storage. The rest of the flat is furnished including a sofa, TV and dining table in the living room.

It's a 15 min walk from Braehead shopping centre and a 2 min walk from the nearest bus stop which goes to Glasgow West end and City Centre.
