I have a large spare double room for rent. The flat is located in Renfrew, close to University of Paisley and Breahead Shopping centre.
Frequent bus link to central Glasgow with express bus taking 20 minutes. 5 min walk to Aldi and cafes, The flat is on main street adjacent to Robertson Park with newly renovated tennis courts available for use.

The flat is a spacious 2 bed located on second floor in a quiet close and back garden.
You would be sharing with a quiet second year student at Stirling university..

The room has a kings size bed and has ample space for study desk and wardrobe.
The move in date is July 10 but I am flexible. It is furnished with bed , bedside tables and a bedside lamp. I can provide a wardrobe rack.
