Room to Rent near QEUH/Braehead/Glasgow Airport.

I am looking for a flatmate for one of my spare rooms. It comes with a double bed and some storage furniture.

The flat is located in Renfrew within walking distance to Braehead Shopping Center. The 77 and McGills bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk away and the Renfrew Ferry Terminal is about 5 minutes walk away, is goes all the time between 6. 30am and 9. 20pm apart from Sundays when it finishes earlier.

The Flat is modern; recently painted, with central heating, a bath and shower. Kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. There is also a little balcony which is nice to have for sunny days.

ABOUT ME! - I am a 32 year old gay woman. I work full time often including weekends. I try to keep the flat as clean and tidy as I can but don't really care if the dishes sit a night or two before I get round to doing them. I'm usually pretty busy but also enjoy just lazing in front of the T. V. I also enjoy travelling and have travelled New Zealand and parts of the U. S and Central America and Thailand. My partner Trish also stays in the flat she is a working professional and enjoys good food, wine, baking as well as jogging swimming and cycling.

WHO WOULD FLAT SUIT? - I'm looking for someone who is respectful and friendly. Flat would suit young professional or mature student. Sorry no couples.
