Bright double room in lovely house in Cromarty

Hi,
I am looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom in the lovely house I am renting in Cromarty. It is a spacious double room, currently furnished with double bed, mattress and wardrobe, but plenty space to add a drawer and/or desk and I am happy to help with that. The kitchen with seating area, living room with fireplace, bathroom and garden will be shared areas, and if needed there is another small room downstairs for home office or guests.
The rent includes all bills (council tax, broadband, electricity, heating), but can be discussed should you only need a room for certain days of the week.
Please note that I cannot rent out the room to couples or pet owners. You are of course welcome to have friends or a partner visiting. I would also recommend to have your own car, however, there is a bus service into Inverness and surrounding villages.
I am working full-time Monday-Friday, with a max. of 1 day working from home. I am very active and usually not home until later in the evening during the week.
