Bright double room in Cromarty

Hi,
I am looking for a flatmate that would like to share the house with that I am renting in Cromarty. It is fully furnished and shared areas include a kitchen with sitting area, a cosy living room with fireplace, bathroom, storage and garden. It is located in a quiet area with amazing views and walks on the doorstep.
Your room is a spacious double room, furnished with double bed, mattress, bedside table, small drawer and wardrobe (*I'll update the photos in the next days to show this). There is plenty space to add another drawer and/or desk and I am happy to help with that.
There is also a small room downstairs set-up for home office and with a single bed, which I only use occasionally when friends are visiting.
The rent covers all bills in the summer months (council tax, broadband, electricity, heating oil), but a small contribution towards fire wood and additional oil use in winter might be needed.
I think it is best to have your own car out here, however, there is a bus service into Inverness and surrounding villages.
