Comfortable double room

I have a furnished double room within a large 4 bed house situated on Main Street in Invergordon. I have a large garden at rear of house accessible to the tennant. This a very warm clean comfortable house. The tenant has access to their own bathroom (not en-suite ). All household bills included eg gas, electric and broadband. Tenant will also have access to the large warm comfortable kitchen with the usual amenities including washing machine and tumble drier. The tenant should be a professional independent person who is easy going friendly and honest.
