Large room in interesting shared house

Hi, I am looking for someone to share my home, they should be in full time employment, and have no problem sharing a recently retired man and Daisy, a soft border terrier. They will have a good sized private room. The bathroom is directly opposite, there’s a shared kitchen and a massive shared living room. Outside there’s a large garden with river frontage. There’s ample parking on the road which has no through traffic.
Across the river the Connon hotel provides for meals out, and there’s a Chinese takeaway, within a short walk.
Walking in the other direction there’s open countryside, river and woodland walks.
Inverness is 15-20 minutes away, and we are Ron the mail bus route.
