Double bedroom in a private detached house located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Rosemarkie. Car parking is available but near a bus stop also. Room is newly furnished. Use of the rest of the public areas in the house also available (sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, utility room, etc). There is also a large garden for sitting out in when the weather is good. Current residents include the owner and her cat. Ideal flatmate would be a working professional preferably. There is a reasonable expectation that a long term resident would share the cleaning of the public areas of the property as landlady likes the place to be tidy. Food is not included but cupboard, fridge and freezer space is available to the tenant. Arrangements for viewing can be made via email. References are preferred but the interview process is as equally as important. Council band is included in the rent. Property is Council Tax Band E
