Short term room let

I am a retired person living in the family home. It is a spacious accommodation with a sunny south facing back garden. There is a parking space at the front door and it's a 10 min walk into Kelso Square. I'm looking for a responsible professional person, preferably not working from home, who will respect my home and the neighbours. The kitchen is fully equipped, the house is fully furnished. There is no broadband. The house is up for sale, so access to your room would be required for any viewings.
