Flatmate Wanted In Melrose

The flat is situated in Melrose next to the beautiful river tweed, it has a rather big living room, one bathroom and kitchen, a small patio/garden and two double rooms upstairs. The rent is £240 once a month. My current flatmate is having to move out due to a change of circumstances which is why I am looking for a replacement. Here’s a little about me : I am a female animal carer working on a Farm in Earlston. I have recently moved to the borders from the South of France where I grew up so I am bilingual in both French and English. I’m gay, very open minded, sociable, very respectful but I also value my privacy and own space. The only thing I feel a future flatmate would have to accept is that saying as my friends and family live in France I will be having them fly over quite often once Covid is behind us.
