We are offering a double furnished room , in our tecently remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroomed home ,our home is less tban 3 miles from the Borders General Hospital , and there are bus stops opposite the house ,with frequent local services to the B. G. H /Melrose/Galashiels/Jedburgh/E dinburgh/Kelso/Berwick Upon Tweed.. although we cant offer a 100% private bathroom , the tennant will have mostly sole use of our shower room/toilet on the upper floor , they would also be welcome to use our sitting room and kitchen , the landlords work long hours , and as such , much of the time the tennant would have the house to themselves.
We have a Co-op / pub and chemist , all within 100mt .
