The studio is a double height vaulted room which is light and airy with three large velux windows, and two dormers.
It is in the quietest part of the home with no one in the adjacent room so the ultimate privacy on offer.
The en-suite houses a power shower and heated towel rail and tastefully decorated.
The studio has a large Kingsize bed and a sofa and TV area. There is a microwave, kettle and fridge. An air fryer and slow cooker can also be provided upon request.
There is ample off street parking in an area set well back off the road.
We are surrounded by rural land with livestock in an idyllic secluded environment.
It is approximately 6 miles south from Hawick (10 mins) 6 miles to Ashkirk with the main A7 heading north towards Selkirk( a further 4 miles)
