Car required (off road parking available). Shops in Hawick (6 miles) or Selkirk (5 miles). 1.5 miles from A7 where there is a regular bus service to Hawick and Galashiels, with connections to Edinburgh and Carlisle.
All bills including council tax and internet included in rent.
Non-smoking (including vaping).
Deposit (four weeks rent) and references required.
Three month minimum let (longer preferred).
