House To Share

Room available in my large two bedroom home.
The house is nicely decorated with lots of storage space and a garden to the front and back.
There is car parking available in a car park on the street, no permit required.
15-20 minute walk into the town
45 minutes drive to Edinburgh
Regular trains to Edinburgh from the town centre
There is a bus stop less than 5 mins walk away that has buses into the town or to Edinburgh via Peebles
There are two little dogs (4kg ish) and a cat living here. They are very very friendly and well behaved. Previous tenants happy to confirm this.

The room is a large double with a large fitted wardrobe and fitted over bed unit with more storage. There is a tv with a fire stick with several streaming services

I am a 29year old female and I am friendly, chatty and laidback. I like to keep my house clean, but I am not a clean freak by any means.
I work full time, mostly Monday to Friday and I have a horse, so after work I spend most of my evenings there.
Current tenant leaving at the end of June, due to finishing university and returning home. She is happy to be there for any potential tenants to discuss her experience living here 😊
