Large private furnished room with en suite

Hello,
We have a large fully furnished private room with en-suite ready for a long-term lodger. The apartment is on 2 floors, the room is on the top floor making it a great chill space. The apartment is newly renovated to a high standard. The shared living space is fully furnished with long galley kitchen.

You will be sharing with Jimmy, a long term lodger, 71 years old, studying at Edinburgh University. He's an agreeable intelligent and polite fellow. I'm Mark (owner). I spend most of my time working overseas, so mostly 2 people sharing a large 2 floor apartment. All utilities are shared between us. There's plenty of on-street parking and a season carpark opposite the residency.

The apartment is on Hall Street Galashiels, very convenient for the rail and bus services to Edinburgh, easy fast access to the town centre.

We are looking for a lodger who is clean, quiet, polite, happy to share, willing to keep the apartment tidy and friendly. Work and previous rental references will be welcome.
