Looking for a flat mate

Looking for a flatmate to share with in a three bedroom warm and carpeted house . Only one occupant at present and with the flatmate will be two occupants , the house is located at a walking distance to Galashiels town centre and to Tweedbank and Borders General Hospital . The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house . Looking foward to share gas and electricity monthly and Council tax is for the landlord. Wifi is included on the monthly rentals and it’s a fast broadband. There is plenty of parking of about 2-3 cars capacity at the front house garden and at the back of the house there is a beautiful well kept garden and a garden house for storage.
