As I am retired and often travelling or visiting family you would have the place to yourself for much of the time. There is allocated parking and good transport links by road and rail to Edinburgh. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with access to the grounds at Abbotsford House, riverside walks, Melrose and the Eildon Hills. With the Borders General Hospital nearby this accommodation would suit a single person on a short term placement, or anyone that needs a stop-gap place to live while looking for a permanent home. I am registered with the "Homes for Ukraine" scheme so have undergone police and other checks. No smokers please. Available mid February.
