Two large double bedrooms available in a beautiful detached house with lovely sea views in Sandwick, 13 miles (19 minutes) from Lerwick. There is a good bus service available to Lerwick and Sumburgh.
Plenty of car parking if you have a vehicle.
There is myself and my friendly cat Jasper living here. I may be away back and forth so I'm looking for trustworthy animal loving lodgers that can also care for Jasper when I'm not at home (cat food provided of course).
I have a grown up son who lives in Glasgow who will be home for short stays.
The double rooms are bright airy and spacious. Bedding & towels can be provided. Your bathroom is on the first floor and shared with only the other lodger. Brand new fixtures and fittings.
Full use of the kitchen/dining area, utility and lounge area. Allocated fridge/freezer space and cupboard space for food items.
Single occupancy only. Sorry no couples.
A lodger agreement will be provided for everyone's reassurance.
I would consider short term let until I got a longer term lodger.
