Double room for single occupancy

Double room (for single occupancy) in pleasant, quiet, gay friendly house. It is essential that you like dogs as I have two terriers that are beautiful (of course they will not be allowed in your room unless you say so) There is room for parking in the front garden and there is a good size back garden. All the usual household facilities including broadband.
Room shown can be moved around to suit you, the television in picture can stay in the room if you would like it or can remove if you don't. You will have full use of kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom (large shower no bath). Road is on a bus route to wellington and Telford Town Centre, and there is a train station in each of these towns. I am pretty easy going and friendly with a good sense of humour. Not too many rules mainly that if you smoke you do it outside and you treat me and my home with respect which will be reciprocated.
