House Share in detached period property

Unique & v. comfortable detatched Georgian home just off A49, Ludlow. I'm a live in landlord with a docile lovable Cocker Spaniel. I'm away every other weekend and usually 1 night during the week.

Room is furnished & 16ft x 15 ft plus built in storage, with an additional 13ft x 9ft room off the bedroom, ideal as own lounge or office. Outgoing lodger uses as a yoga room. Both rooms have large sash windows with views over front garden to village. Flexible on furnishings, will remove what you don't need. Professionals only please.

All communal areas cleaned weekly & I keep on top of them in between, all bills included, incl Netflix and BT superfast fibre optic broadband to the house.

Communal areas include large bathroom, 3 loos, large & v well appointed kitchen, utility / boot room, and lounge, all in a very spacious home. Lots of parking & approx 1 acre of wrap around gardens. Just off A49 yet a quiet cul de sac village location.

This is a former farmhouse. My 2 children (14 & 15) stay with me approx 50% of the time, they are up on the 3rd floor. Any questions just ask. Thanks.
