Shared accommodation in country house

I'm an 85 year old Dutch national living alone in my large house with a 5 acre garden located in the countryside 2 miles South of Craven Arms. My tenant would be able to share most of the rooms, including kitchen, separate office space and en-suite bathroom. All bills would be included.
