Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels available if needed.

The communal area is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge design. Equipped with a double oven, induction hob, large fridge, large freezer and Quooker tap. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

You will have a parking space on the drive way included in the price, as are all bills.

There is another room suitable as a study or lounge if you want more private space (an extra £100 per month). There is room in the garage to store some belongings (an extra £50 per month).

You will be sharing with myself, my daughter and our cat. We live a fairly quiet but busy life.

We are looking to share our family home with a friendly, respectful professional female.
