I’m looking for someone to join me in my lovely 3-bedroom dormer bungalow in Bomere Heath, Shrewsbury.

Please note: I have a large older dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with dogs. 🐶

The letting agency has confirmed I can add someone to the tenancy, subject to the landlord’s approval and the usual referencing process.

What’s included:

- You would have both of the smaller bedrooms, giving you your own bedroom plus an extra room for an office, dressing room or storage.

- Half the rent: £575 per month

- Half the bills: approximately £200 per month

Ideally, I’m looking for a female aged 25–40 who is clean, respectful and easy to live with.
