The room that will be available to Rent, was originally the second Reception Room.
A Single storey extension has been added to extend the kitchen area and a 'box' room has been turned into a Bedroom for my Grandchildren, with a toddler bed.

One shared Bathroom/Toilet (upstairs) with a double-ended bath, a walk-in shower and an electrical shaver socket.

Shared Living Room with dual-fuel (coal & log) burner - small and cosy.

Our garden is 100ftx30ft, part divided into sections. Furthest away is a small Orchard with apples, pears, cherries, damsons, wild blackberries, wild raspberries. Shed.
Then a Willow arch has Kiwi and Grapes (both none producing, as yet).
Next is our 'allotment' area, with veggies and a hazelnut tree. We try to grow as much food as we can.

Then, there's a lawn & flower area, with a small pond and double-gated access. Log store. We have a bonfire/camp fire in this area sometimes and there is room for a tent.
Next to the house is a small slabbed 'yard' area, with a kitchen herb garden. Table, chairs and a chimnea.

Low light pollution out the back makes moon and star gazing bliss, on a clear night.

There is a canopy over the back door, which is used as a sheltered Smoking Area.
There is an outside tap located here, for Water.

We have a garage that would house a motorbike or bicycle and a front drive, suitable for a car/van/lorry cab.

We are located in the High Town area of Bridgnorth ~ which is nestled on the River Severn and steeped in History.
There is a Community Hospital & Minor Injuries Unit; Fire Station and Police Station.
All facilities (Shops, Doctors, Hospital, Dentist, Schools, Leisure Centre, etc) are within walking distance of our home and there are two Bus Stops nearby. There are also many Hobby Clubs nearby. Ideally located. 'In' Town but when sitting in the garden, you would never know. It's so tranquil & peaceful.

Our neighbours are friendly, helpful and peaceful.
The Ice-Cream Van stops directly outside our house, when he is on his rounds and we have Father Christmas come slowly passed on his sleigh (pulled behind a car) around Christmastime.

There are Buses.
We have a Steam Train Railway which travels between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster.
There is a Bicycle Shop in Town and Cycle Routes.

Current Residents:
A 48yr old woman (Self-Employed) & her 16yr old DME/ASD Daughter (Student).
Son (31, Working) may stay over occasionally, when needed.

You will be sharing our Family Home with us, so we would need a 'Family' person.

For separated Parents ~ a child over 3 years can be accommodated for overnight stays, either in the room with you, in the Grandchildrens room, on the living room sofa-bed or in my Sons room when not in use (with his permission). We will find space for them somewhere.

(Rent maybe revised upon receivership of this years forthcoming Council Tax and Water bills, which are expected sometime in March)
Rent will Include:
》all Household Utility Bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, TV Licence).
》Refreshments & Breakfast Snacks. 》Parking.
Deposit = One Months Rent.

Optional Chambermaid and Laundry Service available for an additional fee.

Ideally, we would like a Long-Term Housemate, rather than having different people coming & going all the time.

References will be required from you (from 3 most recent living addresses & 3 personal) and an informal Meet will be required to see how we get on, before a decision will be made.
As we are a Family Home, a DBS (or equivalent) will also be required. We will fund this.
