I am a 38 year old professional female looking to rent out my room on the 3 rd floor which has a lovely ensuit.
The house is based in Broseley, Telford.
Which is 15 mins from central Telford and Bridgnorth.
I do have a well behaved beagle and have a baby boy who Is approaching 4 months ideally I'm looking for tenant of a similar age either as a student or professional nature, of whom does not work night shifts.
Room can be used 7 days a week or less.
The house is in a great location within walking distance of Broseley and Ironbridge and has 2 parking spaces and is with in a stone throw of a local shop and petrol station.
I am also new be new to the area so it would be nice to meet others.
I'm a fun outgoing lady that enjoys life but doesn't take all too seriously,
