At the back of the property there is a garage which could be used to store bikes etc.
I'm more than happy to have a couple move in but this would need to be discussed as the storage space within the room is not massive.
The rent quoted covers all bills also including home insurance, super-fast fibre optic broadband and BT Vision TV.

I'm a 29 year old professional female who works mostly from home and does the occasional shift in the local pub! I have no pets and do not smoke. I'm into cycling, cooking, music, socialising, pub quizzes and films and have quite a few other hobbies that keep me busy.
He is a 31 year old professional male who works nights Monday - Thursday. He enjoys socialising, music, films and good food.
About you: We're looking for a housemate who is easy going, respectful (especially as Tom works nights) and someone who is looking to live in a beautiful house that will feel like home. You must be clean and be prepared to tidy up after yourself in the shared spaces!
The room is 360cm X 310cm (12 feet x 10.3 feet) and comes fully furnished but we can work around this if you already have furniture. The room is as pictured. There is a small wardrobe and chest of drawers as you can see and additional storage could be placed upstairs in the spare room if required.
