Large double bedroom, luxury house, outside space

The house was totally renovated to a high standard a couple of years ago. It's very well-kitted out and is in first class order. There is also a huge garden and outside patio area.

The rooms available are two large doubles, each have a king size bed, their own bathroom, plenty of room for a workspace (if required) and large wardrobes. The ground floor comprises of a study and front snug (reserved for use by me), open plan living/dining/kitchen space, utility and WC.

Cross Houses is an 8 minute drive to the centre of Shrewsbury and also the hospital. It’s got a very handy shop, post office and lovely walks from the door. It’s also just a 15 minute walk to the newly renovated Mytton & Mermaid pub or a short drive to the Riverside Inn.

Looking for a like-minded, respectful housemate to share the space with myself and another housemate. Tidy and clean space is a must for me, so if you're planning to leave dishes on the side for a week or wear shoes upstairs, it's probably not one for you (probably best to be clear on that from the outset!).
I work hard and lead an active lifestyle so not looking for anyone too rowdy.

I have a very clean and well-behaved Labrador, so being comfortable around dogs is a must. He’s a good lad, you’ll love him.
