It has a spacious kitchen diner, fitted with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher.
There is garage, and further parking available on the driveway and street parking outside the property.
It has a large living room, overlooking the back garden and a back garden as well as a front garden.
It is furnished with gas central heating and is very economical to run.
It would immensely suit group of health workers or young professionals, wishing to share.
