House close to Hortonwood/Donnington

One single room available to rent in this quiet nice house in Donnington Wood near Asda from 15th August. It is for a single working person only. The single room is £320 per month, all bills included.

Room 4. The room is nicely furnished with a single bed, a desk, chair and chest of drawers and a separate locking cupboard.

Non smokers preferred as no smoking is allowed in the house. Shared amenities include the kitchen, TV lounge/dining room, laundry room and 2 shared bathrooms one downstairs, one upstairs (both with showers)

The house is close to Hortonwood (5/10 minutes by car/bus/bike or walking) There are also bus services to the town centre nearby. It is situated near to the large Asda supermarket. Other local shops, hairdressers, post office and takeaways are a short walk away in the Donnington shopping parade.

A cleaner takes care of the extra cleaning of the communal areas once a week but tenants have to do their own washing up etc! The enclosed outside patio and front garden are tended by a gardener.
We are looking for tenants who appreciate living in a clean environment and who will be sociable and respectful to the other three tenants. This is not a party house as some tenants work shifts so it has to be quiet.
