We are looking to rent this double room for one lodger - for either students or staff at the local Harper Adams University, or other people working in the local area mostly Monday to Friday who don’t usually need to stay regularly in the room at the weekends.

The room has en-suite bathroom facilities and an adjacent kitchenette.

It is in a self-contained annex to the main house with its own entrance, which offers some privacy from the rest of the family's house. You would have your own fridge, kettle, combination oven/grill & microwave, sink, toaster and twin hob in the kitchenette area adjacent to the room, and shared use of the washing machine. The owners also have access to the washing machine and cupboards.

Easy walking distance to Harper Adams University.

There is off-road parking available, and there is also access to high-speed BT Wi-Fi.

The lodging fee is £120 per week inclusive of bills. For students, a retaining fee of half-price (£60) is payable during the vacant Christmas and Easter holiday periods (belongings can be left in the annex whilst away).

The property is located in Edgmond, which is a lovely village next to Newport, Shropshire. There is a village shop, post office, two village pubs, and an agricultural university (Harper Adams), all within easy walking distance. Edgmond is situated near to Newport, Telford, Stafford, Shrewsbury, and Market Drayton.
