Quiet Room within walking distance of Hortonwood

We are seeking a quiet working individual for each room in this shared house close to Hortonwood. We do not allow smoking in the house or couples. References from work and your last accommodation and also an extra weeks rent will be needed before occupation. We also need references.

The rooms feature a small double bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, desk or table and a chest of drawers. There is a shared electric shower and utility room next door. Other shared communal spaces are the main kitchen, comfortable TV lounge, wc, outdoor storage shed and large back garden with fruit trees and bbq.

We are setting an initial 6 month contract but this be extended in 2026.
