Great room near town centre

Large room available for a single person working regular hours in or near the Telford Town Centre. We have four great tenants already and are looking for a quiet, respectful person to join them.
The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Hollinswood. Parking is available on the front driveway. Close by is a bus route to the town centre. Nearby there are local shops and the Telford Town Park, International Centre and the town centre is walkable.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and faces the sunny back garden. Shared facilities include the kitchen, living room and main bathroom, these are cleaned weekly.
We will need a work reference, references from a previous landlord if possible and to see and check ID.
