I have a double room to rent in a well presented house in dunsheath , Telford , accommodation comprises of a double bedroom, plenty of storage space with or with out furniture ,(ex bed,) and with shared access to a well equipped kitchen ( including appliances) large lounge diner ,guests wc, well equipped bathroom with shower, Close to amenities and only 5min walk to town centre , rent includes all bill , except food, off road parking , I have a small garden that is a sun trap and low maintenance , no grass to cut neat and tidy ,

I am an out going person, I work full time and have a day off in the week and every other weekend ,
