Spacious double room ideally located

The Room
We have a bright, large double room which will be available around mid September. The room will be furnished.

The room doesn’t have an en-suite, but there is a bathroom with shower which would be for the use of the lodger.

The House
The house is currently being renovated, with new flooring throughout and modernisation. There is a large open living room for socialising, and large kitchen. Once this is complete, further photos will be added.

We are animals lovers and have lots of animals including a small dog, 2 cats, a house rabbit, snake and beaded dragon. The snake and beardie are kept in vivs in a separate room.

The Area
Situated in the quiet area of Horsehay, but benefiting from close connections, with town centre only 5 minutes drive, and princess royal hospital 10 minutes. Would suit a professional working in the local area looking for a quiet base. Lots of lovely local walks, and wildlife nearby. A local gym is just 5 minutes walk and one of the best chip shops in Telford.

The Match
I have lived with a lot of people over the years and had numerous lodgers who I keep in touch with to this day. The house would suit a quiet working professional, looking for a clean and modern home which is homely. Interested in a bit of socialising and getting to know one another. Mon - Fri lets welcome also for those working in the area but returning home to family. Animal lover is essential, we don’t want someone to tolerate the animals but enjoy their company.
