Double room in lawley

We have a large room available from the end of May. Included is a double bed (with bedding) double built in wardrobe, and desk/dresser.

We live in a cul-de-sac, so very quiet area, but walking distance to shops, gym, pub etc. There is a lovely garden to the rear with seating area, fire pit, bbq etc.

Large shared kitchen with American fridge freezer, double oven, coffee machine.
There is good broadband, TV channels etc and a small TV is provided in the room.

We do have cats and a dog, so please don't enquire if you don't like animals.

We'd like to share with someone quiet and sensible as we're not party people, but we're open to hanging out, eating together etc.
