You would share a bathroom with one other person.
There is shared use of the Kitchen, with separate utility room, dining room, living room and conservatory.

The room will have a double bed, it is photographed with a single. I would be happy for you to provide your own bed and furniture.
All brand new bedding, including quilts, pillows and linen will be supplied.

There is off road parking and the bedroom overlooks the landscaped garden with patio area.

We have 2 small dogs and a cat, all are very friendly.
All bills would be included,(except the house phone)
