Detached brick garage adjacent to a bungalow. Fully furnished with sink and cold running water. Space is divided into two rooms by a sliding door. One room has a small double bed, desk and storage. Other room has table, chair, microwave, mini fridge, sink unit with cold water tap, cupboard storage. Tenant will have use of garden and off road parking.
Please note, bathroom is in main house and is shared with me. The main house is accessed via a short, covered porch. I have 2 dogs, so tenant needs to be OK with that. They're friendly, but they're dogs! Although the tenant has exclusive use of a mini kitchen, they can use to kitchen in the main house if they wish. There is also some shed storage available if required. Strictly non smokers and non vapers. The property is situated on the edge of a very large area of wooded hills. It would suit a nature lover and someone who likes being tucked away from the bustle of modern life.
